How are your products made?

Most of our goods are designed in-house and made or printed to order — including our leather-patch hats, drinkware, and decor — so each piece is made fresh for you. Our Iron Rose jewelry is surgical-grade stainless steel with a PVD finish.

How long does shipping take?

Because many items are made to order, please allow 2–5 business days for production, plus standard transit. You’ll receive tracking as soon as it ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $75.

Will the jewelry tarnish or turn my skin green?

No. Our Iron Rose pieces are surgical-grade stainless steel with a PVD coating — hypoallergenic, tarnish-proof, and built to be worn every day, even at the barn.

What sizes are the hats?

Our hats are adjustable to fit most.

Can I return something?

Yes — unworn, unused items can be returned within 30 days. See our Returns page. Personalized items are final sale.
