How are your products made?

Most of our goods are designed in-house and made or printed to order — including our leather-patch hats, drinkware, and decor — so each piece is made fresh for you. Our Iron Rose jewelry is stainless steel with a PVD finish.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — FREE SHIPPING ON U.S. ORDERS $50+. Under $50, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Not right now. We ship within the United States only, because our production partners can't reliably fulfill every item to every country and we'd rather not promise something we can't deliver. If you're outside the U.S., email us and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.

How long does shipping take?

Because many items are made to order, please allow 2–5 business days for production, plus standard transit. You'll receive tracking as soon as it ships.

Will the jewelry tarnish or turn my skin green?

Our Iron Rose pieces are stainless steel with a PVD coating, which resists tarnishing far better than plated brass and holds up to everyday wear at the barn. If you have a known metal sensitivity, reach out before ordering and we'll tell you exactly what a piece is made of.

What sizes are the hats?

Our hats are adjustable to fit most.

Can I return something?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or it's simply the wrong item, send us a photo within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you. Because our made-to-order and personalized pieces are produced individually after you order, we can't take those back for a change of mind or the wrong size chosen — so check the size guide first, or email us and we'll help you pick. Items we carry in stock can be returned unworn and unused within 30 days. Full details are on our Returns & Exchanges page.
