Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Rust & Reins purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

 

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

 

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

 

Exchanges: Need a different size? Contact us at support@rustandreins.com and we'll get you sorted.

 

Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized items, final sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

 

Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. For damaged or defective items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
